I am a proud daughter of Cumberland County.  My family has lived here for seven generations, with deep roots in many civic, faith, and service organizations.  They taught me the value of hard work, faith, and giving back to my community.

Like many of us, I've faced tough times.  As a young adult, an abusive relationship and battle with addiction landed me in jail for a time, but I fought back and chose a better life.  I truly understand the struggles of our neighbors face because I've lived them too.

Thanks to my family, faith and community, I rebuilt a middle class life in Cumberland County -- one focused on faith and service to community.  I'm now a program manager at Penn State Dickinson Law, a leader in my church, and I've held leadership positions in numerous community organizations.  I work every day to bring people together and get things done.

I'm running for State Representative to change how business is done in Harrisburg and bring opportunity back to our district.  I believe we deserve a leader who works just as hard as we do -- to make sure everyone has a voice and real opportunities to build a better life.
